ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - EXTENDED HOLIDAY POLICY - UNITED STATES: Full priced items that are not marked as final sale, purchased between November 22, 2025 and December 26, 2025, are eligible for our extended return window: returns or exchanges of unworn, undamaged, and unwashed merchandise with tags attached must be initiated by January 15, 2026. Items marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Cotton Citizen reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange if the above criteria is not met.
