Cotton Citizen does not provide return shipping labels for international orders. Using the courier of your choice, please ship your item(s) to Cotton Citizen Inc, Attn: Web Returns, 12828 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, California, 90061, United States of America, +13109650529, once your return has been initiated and submitted online. A packing slip will be generated in our system that must be included in your return shipment. Please save the tracking information provided by your courier for reference. Cotton Citizen is not responsible for international return shipments lost or delayed in transit. Full priced items that are not marked as final sale are eligible to be returned for refund to your original payment method or refund as store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with original tags attached. Items marked final sale on our website (product description states “This item is final sale”) are not eligible for a refund. Cotton Citizen reserves the right to decline a refund if the above criteria is not met. Our Returns Center will prohibit final sale items from being returned. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned in a Cotton Citizen retail store. Refunds are issued, less the original shipping cost, within 3-5 business days after your items are received and inspected in our warehouse, though processing times can vary and may take longer during high volume periods such as sale promotions and holidays. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 5-10 business days to post to your account. You will receive an email notification with the subject line “Your Refund Is Being Processed” once your refund has been issued by Cotton Citizen. Digital and physical gift cards are not eligible for refund.

I can’t find the item I am looking for. What should I do?

If there’s any style, color or size you want that is not online, please email shop@cottoncitizen.com as we may have the item in stock but not on the site. How are orders shipped? All orders shipped within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS. UPS shipping options are ground, three day, and overnight. We do offer flat rate shipping for $10 for orders in the continental U.S. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

What methods of payment are accepted?

CottonCitizen.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit cards and Apple Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email shop@cottoncitizen.com as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel or update the order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order processing, with an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. All orders receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when the orders have shipped. All orders are shipped via UPS from the Cotton Citizen headquarters in Los Angeles, California, and can be tracked on UPS.com.

What can I do if something is missing from my order or it wasn’t delivered?

Please contact us within 5 business days of your order being delivered to report an item or package missing. Cotton Citizen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have not been reported within 5 business days of delivery. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier if proof of delivery has been provided.

International Orders

Cotton Citizen does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and due upon the receipt of your package. Returns from international orders must be sent back at the customer’s expense.
