RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - NORTH AMERICA
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center, or visit one of our Stores. All non-final sale items purchased between November 23, 2024 and December 17, 2024 are eligible for our extended return window: all returns or exchanges of unworn, undamaged & unwashed merchandise with tags attached must be initiated by December 31, 2024.
For online orders, a full refund, less the original shipping cost, will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return.
If Cotton Citizen determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.
Hats, Socks, Gift Cards and Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit, this includes all sale items and items purchased using a promo code.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - INTERNATIONAL
To initiate an international return, please email shop@cottoncitizen.com to request a return authorization. Cotton Citizen allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by customer.
