RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - NORTH AMERICA To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center, or visit one of our Stores. Cotton Citizen allows returns/exchanges of full price items within 14 days from your orders ship date or the instore purchase date. Instore purchases must be returned/exchanged at a store location. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all original tags attached. For online orders, a full refund, less the original shipping cost, will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. If Cotton Citizen determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account. Hats, Socks, Gift Cards and Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit, this includes all sale items and items purchased using a promo code.
