Items purchased after 12:01 AM PST on December 27, 2025 are subject to our regular return and exchange policy (eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery). Items marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Cotton Citizen reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange if the above criteria is not met. Please note that due to differing import duties and taxes, Cotton Citizen does not provide pre-paid return labels for international orders and the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back. A packing slip may be generated, or the original invoice can be included in your shipment. Failure to include the required documentation can delay the processing of your return.
